What are your return & exchange policies?

Our goal is to keep you happy. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day window free returns from the day of receipt on all purchases in original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear. 


Gift Returns 

• Order number and name on the order are required to process the return. 

• To exchange for products with the same value or more, we’ll have to receive the returned item first in order to issue the credit for the new order. 

For your convenience and to streamline the return process, we only accept returns shipped using a pre-paid return shipping label, which we will provide. 

* Please note: We reserve the right to final approval on all returns.

 

How do I start a return?

To return an item, please follow the following instructions: 

1) In order to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear. Original tags (if any) must be attached and the item must include the invoice and original packaging. Please note that pierced earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return. 

2) Contact us here. Please include “Return” or “Exchange” with your order number in the subject of your e-mail and state your reason for the request. 

3) For defective/damaged items, please include a clear, high-resolution image of the defect/damage in your return request email. 

Upon receipt, our team will respond to your email within 3-5 business days. Our reply will include a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which all exchanges and refunds require to be processed. The RMA number will be in the body of the email, along with a pre-paid return shipping label. 

Upon approval of return, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment only.

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges, we suggest that you place an order for the new item(s) and return the original purchase for a full refund in the original payment method.

 

Can I exchange if the ring size did not fit?

The easiest way is to follow the steps to return the ring size that did not fit you for a full refund and place an order for the new size online.
